The High-voltage Solid State Soft Start Cabinet is Successfully Combined with the Flood Control and
The high-voltage solid-state soft-start cabinets for water pumps were deployed in the Haikou Sluice Flood Control and Drainage System Project. Three units (10KV, 710KW) of the ADGR-1000 high-voltage solid-state soft-start cabinets were installed, with the pumps as the load. These pumps are manufactured by Shanghai Kaiquan Pump Industry Group Co., Ltd., a leading domestic pump brand. As these are high-voltage synchronous motors, the corresponding excitation cabinets are also required.
After two days of preparation and online debugging, the high-voltage solid-state soft-start cabinet manufactured by Xiangyang Aodong Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully debugged on the first attempt, achieving a startup time of 10 seconds with all technical parameters within normal ranges and stable operation. Our after-sales service team conducted on-site technical operation training for the client.
