Application of 4 Sets of 10kV 560kW High-Voltage Inverters in Water Treatment Plants. For the Sailingmeng inverter motor system, particular attention must be paid to the logical control sequence. In the Linli Water Plant project of Changde City, Hunan Province, four Sailingmeng motors were installed: three YPT-type forced cooling models (YLPT450-6 355kW 10kV IP54, YPT400-4 315kW 10kV IP54, YPT450-4 560kW 10kV IP54) and one standard motor (YKK400-4 315kW 10kV IP54-1). Our company collaborated with Sailingmeng to fully understand the motor's operational modes and developed customized inverter solutions. Through in-depth discussions with both the client and motor manufacturer, the high-voltage inverters provided power for the cooling fans and heaters while implementing intelligent control sequences. During operation under load, the cooling fans activate first before starting the motor; during shutdown, the motor stops first followed by the cooling fans, effectively addressing heat dissipation issues. Aodong Electric's inverter series include AD-BPF-355/10, AD-BPF-400/10, and AD-BPF-560/10. These inverters have been operating smoothly for over six months. The YPT series motor is specifically engineered to accommodate both inverter power supply and variable-speed operation. Its electromagnetic design and structural configuration have been meticulously optimized, with dedicated research conducted on magnetic materials for stator and rotor components, slot specifications, slot alignment, slot geometry, winding configurations, connection methods, and insulation structures. By implementing effective inductive control and harmonic mitigation measures, the motor achieves superior performance coordination with the inverter system. This design ensures stable operation and overload capacity during high-frequency/high-speed applications while maintaining optimal starting torque and operational stability at low frequencies/low speeds. Therefore, the inverter should also be compatible with motor production requirements.

1. The motor does not need to be reduced: there is no need for filter and  inverter to output sinusoidal current and voltage waveform, there are no special requirements for the motor, ordinary asynchronous motor can be used, the motor does not need to be reduced.

2. The Sailim YPT Series High-Voltage Variable Frequency Motor is a forced-cooling design that requires precise requirements for the  inverter. The high-voltage inverter powers both the cooling fan and heater while providing intelligent control logic. During load operation, it activates the motor's cooling system before starting the motor itself. When shutting down, the motor stops first before deactivating the cooling system, effectively addressing thermal management challenges in high-voltage motors.

3. Compensation power factor above 0.96: achieve or exceed the power factor of 0.96 within the load variation of 20 ~ 100%, and have few current harmonics, no need for power factor compensation/harmonic control device.

4. Soft start function: no power grid voltage drop caused by motor start shock, can ensure the safe and long-term operation of the motor.
